2. Cancellation Policy

a) Lead / Inquiry Submission

• Once a travel inquiry is submitted, it is immediately shared with relevant travel agents.
• Cancellations of inquiries are not applicable, as this service is free for users submitting inquiries.

b) Bookings with Travel Agents

• Any booking, payment, or service confirmation made with a third-party travel agent is governed by that agent’s cancellation policy.
• MTP is not responsible for cancellations, amendments, or changes related to bookings made directly with travel agents.

3. Refund Policy

a) Payments Made to MTP

If MTP charges any service or consultation fee:

• Refund eligibility will be clearly communicated at the time of payment.
• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

b) Payments Made to Travel Agents

• MTP does not handle or process refunds for payments made directly to third-party travel agents.
• Refunds for such payments are subject to the respective agent’s refund terms.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of travel plans or personal reasons
• Delays or service issues caused by airlines, hotels, or external suppliers
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• No-show or failure to utilize booked services
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions)

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved by MTP:

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be made through:

• Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
• No cash refunds will be provided

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to refunds or cancellations:

• Users should first contact the concerned travel agent
• MTP may assist in communication but holds no liability for final outcomes
